Most of us who attended your recent training on Motivation and Selling Skills have been in sales for more than 8-9 years. All along the fundamental belief was that a person is born with a certain skill set which makes him suitable for sales. It never occurred to me that even sales can be taught till I attended your program. Your systematic, process driven approach if implemented correctly can develop any person into a great Sales Guy. I have personally attended quite a few trainings. The trainers typically find it difficult to demonstrate as to how a theory is to be implemented in real life situation. At best they try to tell the participants as to how they handled clients in certain situations. It then becomes difficult for participants to relate to such programs. In your case it was completely different; you and Swati not only demonstrated the techniques but actually taught each participant the finer selling techniques. Needless to say your program was a great success with requests flowing in for repeat programs. Your training has definitely imparted a new perspective and hence will be a landmark in my career.
