The success of a workshop goes beyond just delivery. At thinQ dynamiQ we are conscious that the skills imparted be continually applied well after the completion of the training program.
- Keep In Touch Program (KIT)
Participants are encouraged to involve themselves in our Ongoing Education Program. We work closely with you to select study material that is most appropriate for the team. A monitoring system can also be devised.
Our special Refresher Courses aim to reinforce concepts and build on the platform that was created in the original session.
Post workshop inputs for select individuals can be delivered through Tele-seminar meetings.
- Personality Enhancement (Personal Counselling Sessions)
We provided one to one ‘counselling’ for a number of senior people in the industry. These sessions are aimed at enhancing personality, amending any flaws and addressing grooming and etiquette issues. Areas such as communication, leadership, attitude, style etc. are also incorporated. Each customised program enables one to leapfrog in their career.
The interaction process during any workshop allows the trainers to evaluate individual participant strengths and weaknesses. As a third party, we are able to provide you with an unbiased view of each person concerned. A fairly detailed analysis on these intangibles can be made available to you.
In previously conducted sessions, organisations have used our inputs to –
(a) support evaluations received from concerned line managers and
(b) earmark candidates for advancements.
